Values-based policy: we believe in the power of sport to drive social change. With a deep commitment to feminist principles, we offer tailored support to create sporting spaces that empower everyone. Our team brings together researchers, practitioners, and activists with extensive experience in social justice-focused sport initiatives.

Values-based leadership: we believe in the power of values in leadership. Is your organisation true to its values? Is it clear what those values are? And does it understand the importance of values for the organisation and retention of its best staff? We work collaboratively with our clients to foster a culture of accountability, respect, and inclusion.

We are available to discuss your requirements with you up to and including a detailed report containing recommendations. Any such work can be conducted confidentially though those organisations that wish can make their report public.

The Directors of FSL have 50 years of academic experience between them, including leadership of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and experience of working with external organisations on a consultancy basis. Additionally, Stephen has 15 years of University management to draw on.
